The result's are second for both the male and female division for POLITE
they did their all and they are all deserve the second.
It's time for the juniors to start picking up where the seniors left us.


Next few weeks and months and years to come is not gonna be an easy task for us as this is just the beginning....the main coach Kai Yang is back and tough training is up ahead.
Even though its rest time for all I will train my own and I make sure that I get that paddle of my own.

I'm the only race left in juniors so i won't give up you can say whatever you want I am just gonna stay my mind is set in such a way once I go for something I won' stop halfway its not right.

Nothing to prove just challenging myself to the limits. I may start slow but doesn't mean I can't excel. Time is just what people need.

Boring

as in the only life I have now is canoe canoe canoe
some friends of mine can say I don't have a life.

Formal day pictures are not uploaded yet all the time busy with canoe and my GF so much time is occupied wanna have that one day free time to just be with my GF.
today is the most tiring day i had one whole day in Macrithie to train but it was fun trying to get into Raptor again but this time capsize like never before maybe its not my day......

Love comes in many definition depending on a person's perception
sometimes they are butterflies in your stomach
others say they are the ones that can change you to become a better person.


From my point of view they can't be describe in words
love is a complicated word that meets us to our other half,that gives us hope when there isn't any left,made us change to a new person.

even by a single look to a female love can be develop its doesn't know age nor gender.
but one flaw love made is the pain of it getting shattered into tiny pieces.
the point where you stand so high to almost reaching your goals you drop to the very bottom where you start.

But love made you realise that it is the experience that made us a stronger person and learning from our flaws and making it better for the next time.
